✅ For our carpet clients, we offer a Free Restretch of your new carpet within the first five years if your carpet wrinkles. Carpet does not require constant restretching if installed correctly.
✅ Lifetime of the Carpet Warranty on Seams, your seams should not fray nor fall apart. If they do, give us a call and we’ll fix them as long as you own your home.
✅ Sometimes products fail, you’ll want someone who’s processed manufacturer claims large and small. Our smallest claim has been for around $600, our largest has been for over $60,000.
✅ Sometimes manufacturer warranties don’t cover labor, they only cover replacement materials. For our clients, we cover the labor portion. If the manufacturer will pay 25% of materials, we’ll cover 25% of labor not covered by their warranty.
