Carpet

Why should I purchase my carpet with Lavalle Flooring?

The quality of our carpets and our service are hard to match. Our objective is to compete for your business by being the best, therefore we don’t engage in pricing gimmicks like “free installation.”

Our sales staff is trained to sell you the best carpet for your home and budget. Our installers are prohibited from taking shortcuts that void your warranty. Finally, we provide excellent support in regards to maintenance and general inquiries after the sale.

If you’re looking for quality that lasts and value over the long run, we’re an excellent choice.

What are the Lavalle Carpet Warranties?

Typically, there are two main Carpet Warranties at LaValle. The first is the Lifetime of the Carpet Warranty on Labor and our 5 Year Restretch Labor.

Usually, if you purchase carpet, the carpet warranties are only explained in terms of length without much detail. Typically, you need to provide receipts of carpet cleaning in addition to proving your claim was not caused by excessive wear or poor installation. If you are deemed to have a valid claim, usually the manufacturer only covers material costs, at a prorated percentage.

Not only do we provide you with the information on how to maintain your carpet, but we also match the manufacturer’s warranty with our labor. So if the manufacturer is covering 100% of material costs, we will match that and cover 100% of associated labor costs. If they cover 50%, we cover 50%. That is our Lifetime of the Carpet Warranty on Labor.

As for restretching, we will restretch your carpet within the first 5 years at no cost if it wrinkles. It’s not supposed to do that if installed properly and anyone telling you otherwise either doesn’t know or knows and doesn’t want to admit it.
