Out With the Old – Why This Project Was Needed
The Valley City Eagles building had aging flooring that no longer matched the needs or appearance of their updated facility. The existing surfaces showed signs of wear and were difficult to maintain, especially in high-traffic areas.
The client wanted a fresh, durable solution that would elevate the space for events, meetings, and daily foot traffic. They reached out to LaValle Flooring to help modernize the look and feel while improving long-term performance.
Before the installation, we also prepped the floors with primer and a skim coat to make sure everything would lay flat and last a long time.

For this project at the Eagles building in Valley City, we focused on combining comfort, durability, and style — all while keeping things easy to maintain for years to come.

LVP — Southwind (Quick Fit, Foxwood)
Carpet tile — Shaw
This mix of materials gave the Eagles facility a fresh, modern look — while staying tough enough to handle daily use from events, guests, and staff.
