Sales/ Office Staff:
LaValle Flooring is in search of career minded people who would like to learn more about the flooring industry and has the ability to function well as part of a team. We offer great pay, cell phone reimbursement, vacation time, and 401 (K). BiWeekly pay w/ Direct Deposit,
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a clean record (must be able to get onto federal installations such as military or GSA installations)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
JOB DUTIES:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Ability to drive their own or a company vehicle to any of our three locations in Fargo, Valley City, or Jamestown. (Most often in Valley City or Jamestown, our Fargo office is small and has local staff already.) - Work with homeowners at one of our three locations or in their homes
- Learn to use our customer relationship management software to keep track of projects and sales
- Draw accurate floor plans using our MeasureSquare software
- Coordinate with our purchasing team to order job materials
- Coordinate with our in house installation team or subcontractors
- Take before and after photos
- Request customer reviews to help with internet presence
Pay Range:
- $16 – $25/ hour plus commission
- 401k
