We still do work in Fargo from time to time. Recently, we did the all new flooring at US Bank which required us to plan for weekend work + moving furniture + and juggling different types of installs.

It didn`t help that we had terrible weather with no travel advisories, but our team was able to get the project done with minimal delays to the staff.

For these type of projects, it matters not just that you`re competent at your job but also that you show up as scheduled, that you`re willing to put in long days (12 hours +), and that you have flexibility and extra reserves to throw at a project to deal with any unforseen circumstances.
