What is our service area?
For installations, we typically service the I-94 corridor between Jamestown, Valley City, Fargo, and Detroit Lakes. However, we do service other towns within 50 miles of the cities listed above.
To better assist you, one of us will ask a variety of questions known as a Design Audit, which is meant to help us better understand your project needs. The further you are from one of our offices, the more important it is that we ask these questions. This will help reduce trips or even answer if we’re able to do your project under budget or within a certain time frame.

Lifetime Warranty on Installation?
Sounds too good to be true!
We believe that a properly installed floor should last as long as the manufacturer is willing to warranty it. For this reason, it doesn’t make sense to only warranty your floor for one year, as most of our competitors do. If your floor was installed improperly by our installers OR if the product we sold you was defective, we will cover the cost of labor to replace your floor.
Often, our competitors will not stand by their installation if it was done improperly but not caught within the first year. Other times, if their flooring product was defective, they’re not interested in covering labor costs.
By only installing products sold by us from manufacturers we trust, by having great relationships with said manufacturers, and by doing our best to install your products properly with much documentation, we are able to offer a Lifetime Warranty on Installation.
We’re not the cheapest option, but we’re probably the best option when it comes to your new floors.

What flooring products do you install?
We are able to install anything that we sell. That includes carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl tile/ plank, sheet vinyl, and ceramic tile & stone. We have some certifications from manufacturers or private organizations such as Schluter, Ceramic Tile Education Foundation, and Certified Flooring Installers.
