Warehouse/ Install Staff:

LaValle Flooring is in search of career minded people who would like to learn more about the floor installation industry and has the ability to function well as part of a team. No experience necessary. This position helps with installations and flooring management/ deliveries. We offer great pay, cell phone reimbursement, vacation time, and 401 (K). BiWeekly pay w/ Direct Deposit

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a clean record (must be able to get onto federal installations such as military or GSA installations)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

JOB DUTIES:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Must be able to provide their own basic tools after 90 days (tool pouch, knives, hammer, screwdriver, knee pads.)
• Ability to drive their own or a company vehicle to any of our three locations in Fargo, Valley City, or Jamestown. (Most often in Valley City or Jamestown, our Fargo office is small and has local staff already. Travel to Fargo is mostly to pick up materials)
• Be respectful and mindful when working in customer’s homes
• Document jobsite conditions such as taking photos or checking floor flatness
• Read blueprints provided by LaValle Flooring sales staff
  Stage materials for delivery and/ or deliver said materials
• Coordinate with other installation employees or subcontractors
• Take before and after photos
• Perform jobsite clean up

Pay Range:

• $20 – $30/ hour plus commission
