We get this question a lot—and it’s a fair one.
Here’s the reality: Custom cabinetry is not a plug-and-play product. Unlike flooring, which lays flat and can be installed with relatively straightforward measurements, cabinetry lives in a three-dimensional space. It interacts with your walls, floors, plumbing, appliances, electrical, and more. That complexity requires careful planning, detailed measurements, and a deep understanding of how your space is used every day. What Does the Consultation Include?
Because planning cabinetry that meets your expectations takes time—and we want to get it right—we charge a consultation fee of $350. This includes up to 2 hours on-site at your home and an additional 4 hours of dedicated design and estimate preparation.
If you’re a returning client, your consultation fee is reduced to $150 as a thank-you for trusting us again.
We’re based in North Dakota and regularly serve homeowners in Jamestown, Valley City, and Fargo who are looking for something better than off-the-shelf solutions.
Past clients only pay $150 for a consultation. New or past clients, if you’re just wanting ballpark numbers over the phone, ballpark numbers are free.
Setting the Standard
If you like what you’ve seen, please feel free to contact us. Please have information such as project size, desired completion date, color and style preferences, etc ready. While they’re not absolutely necessary to get started on your project, the more information we have, the better we’ll be able to assist you.
